Notification of Director’s connected person dealings

( Jun 17, 2008 )HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 17 June 2008, Mr. Josip Pupić, Member of the Supervisory Board of HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., notified the dealing of his connected person (daughter), Ms. Martina Nojić. Ms. Martina Nojić sold 63 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at 12 June 2008, at an average price of HRK 277.10 representing 0.0000769% of Company’s issued share capital.

After disposal, Ms. Martina Nojić does not hold any of the Company ordinary shares.
