Notice on Aquisition of Shares by Zoran Kežman

( Nov 12, 2007 )HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 9th November 2007, Mr. Zoran Kežman, T-Com Sales Executive Director of HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., acquired 200 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at an average price of 362,00 HRK, representing 0,0002442 % of Company’s issued share capital.
After acquisition, Mr. Zoran Kežman holding in the Company 263 ordinary shares in total representing 0,0003211 % of the Company’s issued share capital and the same percentage of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
