Notification of Director’s dealings

( Nov 24, 2008 ) HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 21st November 2008, Ms. Erika Kašpar, Executive Director of the Sub-Unit for Corporate Communications and Shareholders' Relations, acquired 200 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at an average price of 194.00 HRK, representing 0.0002442% of Company’s issued share capital.

After acquisition, Ms. Erika Kašpar holds in the Company 706 ordinary shares in total representing 0.0008621 % of the Company’s issued share capital and the same percentage of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
