Notification of Director’s dealings

( Oct 02, 2008 ) HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 30th September 2008, Ms. Moira Homan, Director of Labor Relations Management Department, acquired 500 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at an average price of 252.22 HRK, representing 0.0006105 % of Company’s issued share capital.

After acquisition, Ms. Moira Homan holds in the Company 830 ordinary shares in total representing 0.0010136 % of the Company’s issued share capital and the same percentage of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
