Notification of Director’s dealings

( Jun 20, 2008 ) HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 19th June 2008, Mr. Davor Daraboš, Member of the Management Board and CSSO of T-Mobile Hrvatska d.o.o., informed us of the disposition of 63 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at an average price of 280,37 HRK, representing 0,0000769 % of Company’s issued share capital.

After disposition, Mr. Davor Daraboš is no longer in possession of any of the Company’s shares.
