T-Mobile Croatia, subsidiary of T- Hrvatski Telekom, entering into cooperation with Agrokor group and Europapress holding

( Nov 13, 2007 )T- Hrvatski Telekom announced today that its wholly- owned subsidiary T-Mobile Croatia d.o.o. has signed an agreement with Agrokor d.d., member of Agrokor group and Com.Com d.o.o., Europapress holding’s (EPH’s) associated company to offer joint mobile communications offerings to the Croatian market. The agreement will also include certain additional members of Agrokor group and EPH group.

With over ten years market experience and almost 2.300.000 customers, T-Mobile Croatia is the market leader in mobile communication in Croatia. Agrokor Group is the largest private company in Croatia and a leading retailer, while EPH is Croatia's leading media company. The partners will combine their respective strengths and areas of expertise and join forces to offer new mobile offerings to customers starting in March of next year.

The partners will explore new segments and those with lower penetration to offer expanded offerings to the Croatian telecoms market. The offers will be marketed under „KMOBILE“ brand by Agrokor group and Europapress holding through their associated companies.
