( Oct 08, 2007 ) Ivica Mudrinić, President of Management Board of HT – Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. acquired 1.000 ordinary T-HT shares on October 5, 2007 at the average price of 376,71 HRK per share.
After the acquisition Mr. Ivica Mudrinić possesses total of 1063 Company's shares. Juergen Czapran, Member of Management Board T-HT and CFO, who is not a Croatian citizen and could not buy shares in initial offering, acquired 185 ordinary T-HT shares at the average price of 385,40 HRK per share on October 5, 2007.
Notice on these transactions has been sent to Zagreb Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange and Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services (HANFA).
