Notification of PDMR’s connected person dealings

( May 10, 2010 )HT – Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 7 May 2010, Mr. Juko Cikojević, insider on the General insider list of the Company, President of the Croatian Telecommunication Union, notified the dealing of his connected person (wife), Ms. Milena Cikojević. Ms. Milena Cikojević concluded a contract on transfer of 135 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at 7 May 2010, representing 0.00016485% of Company’s issued share capital. After disposal, Ms. Milena Cikojević does not hold any of the Company ordinary shares.
