PDMR interest in shares

(January 30, 2012 ) Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (“HT d.d.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies that on 27th January 2012, Ms Marijana Bekavac, Operating Director of the Corporate Finance Sector of HT d.d., reported the acquisition of 39 ordinary shares on grounds of a Resolution on Inheritance, representing 0.0000476% of Company’s issued share capital.

After this acquisition, Ms Bekavac holds 108 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.0001318% of the Company’s issued share capital and the same percentage of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
