( Jul 10, 2009 )T-Hrvatski Telekom, the leading provider of telecommunications services in Croatia, announces that Rainer Rathgeber is leaving the positions of the Management Board Member of Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. and President of the Management Board of T-Mobile Croatia as of 30 September 2009, to take up the position of Senior Vice President Area Management OTE within Deutsche Telekom’s Board department Southern and Eastern Europe.

The Supervisory Board of the Company will in due course decide on the allocation of his duties.
