( Mar 5, 2009 )HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d., Zagreb, Savska cesta 32 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notify that on 3rd March 2009, Ms. Moira Homan, Director of Labor Relations Management Department, disposed 234 ordinary shares, ZSE trading symbol HT-R-A, at a price of HRK 205.00, representing 0.0002857 % of Company’s issued share capital.

After disposition, Ms. Moira Homan holds in the Company 596 ordinary shares in total representing 0.0007278 % of the Company’s issued share capital and the same percentage of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
