Management Board changes

T-Hrvatski Telekom announces that the Supervisory Board of HT-Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. (HT d.d.) has agreed Management Board changes as part of the reorganisation of the Company and creation of Residential and Business units following the merger of T-Mobile Hrvatska d.o.o. and HT d.d., which is expected to be completed by the end of 2009.

Johan Busé is appointed MB member and Chief Operating Officer Residential, with responsibility for the residential business, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Mr. Busé is currently Chief Marketing Officer of AXIS, the 3G operator in Indonesia, prior to which he held a similar post at T-HT Group.  He will take up his post on 1 April 2010, until which time his responsibilities will be assumed by Ivica Mudrinić, in addition to his existing duties as President of the Management Board and CEO.

Irena Jolić Šimović, current MB member and Chief Operating Officer of T-Com, T-HT’s fixed-line business will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer Business, with responsibility for the Business unit, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Wholesale and ICT Business Solutions.

T-HT’s President of the Management Board and Chief Executive and three other Management Board members will retain their current roles on the Management Board, which will consist of:

• Ivica Mudrinić – President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer
• Jürgen P. Czapran – Chief Financial Officer
• Johan Busé – Chief Operating Officer Residential
• Irena Jolić Šimović – Chief Operating Officer Business
• Božidar Poldrugač – Chief Technical and Chief Information Officer
• Branka Skaramuča – Chief Human Resources Officer
