Reporting irregularities

T-HT Group aims at doing business in line with the highest ethical standards and in full compliance with existing legal regulations. If you have information about possible unethical or unlawful practices of T-HT, its employees or its partners, you can send a report via our “Tell me!” portal, consisting of various confidential and anonymous channels.

Confidential tip-off channels
If you are using the confidential channel for delivering a tip-off, you are addressing our Compliance Department, which will treat your information in a professional and discreet manner, check the allegations contained and initiate appropriate remediation actions. Identity of the person who submitted the tip-off will be kept secret even if known or visible.

Anonymous tip-off channels
Should you be apprehensive about providing your name, despite the strictly confidential treatment guaranteed in the management of reports sent to the Ethic line and the Whistleblower channel, you can file your report – especially regarding gross violations and possible criminal acts, via the SAD! or BKMS system.

SAD! - system for anonymous tip-offs
The T-HT system for anonymous tip-offs can be used to report any kind of irregularity and breaches of law, especially the more severe ones. This system guarantees your full anonymity, works as a virtual mailbox and enables dialogue between you and the person managing the case, without compromising your anonymity.

BKMS
The Business Keeper Monitoring System (BKMS) is the system of anonymous reporting of Deutsche Telekom. In terms of its functionality, the BKMS is equal to the T-HT SAD! system of anonymous reporting. However, should you decide to file your report using the BKMS, the case will be managed by employees of Deutsche Telekom.
