Code of Conduct
By introducing the Code of Conduct, T-HT sets clear standards of its business conduct which is, together with good business results, based on high ethical principles.
Exactly these high ethical principlesmake a basis of the Code of Conduct that reflects basic valuesof the company contained within T-Spirit. The Code of Conduct will show, both within and outside of the company, how T-Spirit and its six values live in every-day business operation.
The Code of Conduct in T-HT was adopted by the Management Board on May 9 2006 by accepting the initiative for the code to be implemented with all members of Deutsche Telekom Group.
The Code contains general formulations with long-term validity, and at the same time it is a “live document” making a bridge between values and policy of the Group with maximum transparency.
