Božidar Poldrugač

Member of the Management Board and Chief Technical and Chief Information Officer (CTO / CIO)

He was born in 1967. In 1992 he earned a degree and then in 2000 a master's degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Zagreb University, focusing on mobile communications and network migrations between second and third generation mobile telephony.
He began his career in Croatian Post & Telecommunications in 1993. He was responsible for mobile networks and IT systems, including technical strategy, planning and development, and operating systems. He worked on planning of radio network of analogue NMT 450 mobile telephony system (Mobitel), and since 1994 he has been actively participating in all development activities related to implementation of the first GSM network in Croatia.
His professional engagement has also encompassed various activities related to national and international regulatory framework.
After the separation of Croatian Post & Telecommunications he continued the career in Croatian Telecom where he served as Member of the Management Board and Director for Mobile Communications from October 1999 to October 2001. He filled the position of Chief Technical Officer for mobile communications at Croatian Telecom from October 2001 to 1 January 2003, which is the date when the subsidiary company was founded – HT Mobile Communications LLC (today T-Mobile Croatia).
When the new company was founded he became Member of the Management Board and CTO of HT Mobile Telecommunications LLC.
Since November 2001 he has been a standing member of Technology Board of T-Mobile International and in January 2003 he also became a standing member of TMO Information Technology Board.

Prior to his appointment to the new position Božidar Poldrugač had performed the function of Member of the Management Board and Chief Technical Officer of T-Mobile Croatia.

The Supervisory Board of T-HT appointed Božidar Poldrugač, at the session held on 13 March 2007, to the position of Member of the Member of the Management Board and Chief Technical and Chief Information Officer.
