Irena Jolić Šimović

Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer Business (COO Business)

Born in 1969. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and completed MBA studies at IEDC, Bled. Before coming to Hrvatske telekomunikacije she worked in Hrvatska radiotelevizija, Ministry of sea, traffic and communications and Ministry of Return and Emigrations.
Irena Jolić Šimović has been in Hrvatske telekomunikacije since December 1998. All this time she has been in the senior management, her position before the new appointment was the executive director of Sub -unit for Corporate Strategy and Business Development. She was successful in managing the processes of transformation and reorganization of the company and contributed a great deal to the positive changes in T-HT which for the past two years was transformed into customer and market oriented modern telecommunications company ready to face the challenges of competitive environment and globalization trends.
She was appointed the Management Board member and Chief Human Resources Officer for T-HT at August 1, 2006.
She was appointed the Member of the Management Board of T-HT and Chief Operating Officer Fixed at 2 September 2008.
At its session held on held on 16 December 2009,the Supervisory Board of T-Hrvatski Telekom appointed Irena Jolić Šimović a Member of the Management Board of T-HT and Chief Operating Officer Business
