T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT) will not submit a binding offer for purchase of 49.13 per cent of shares of the Slovenian national fixed and mobile telecom operator.
In October 2007, T-HT had submitted a non-binding offer for participation in the privatization of Telekom Slovenije and was subsequently invited, along with six other bidders, to submit a binding offer by 4 January 2008. Following due diligence and a thorough analysis of the overall situation and the circumstances under which 49.13 per cent of shares of Telekom Slovenije are being sold, a decision was made by the Management Board of T-HT that it will not submit a binding offer.
